6. Advertising, Affiliates & Paid Influence
Roamly is designed to minimize conflicts of interest. We do not sell paid boosts that change traveler recommendations or Top Picks. We do not run third-party behavioral advertising on Roamly. If our approach changes in the future, we will update this policy and our Bias Firewall page before changes take effect.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us for removal.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., security, accounting). We also retain aggregated, non-identifying data for analytics.
10. International Data Transfers
Depending on your location, your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
