Roamly is designed to minimize conflicts of interest. We do not sell paid boosts that change traveler recommendations or Top Picks. We do not run third-party behavioral advertising on Roamly. If our approach changes in the future, we will update this policy and our Bias Firewall page before changes take effect.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us for removal.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Access/Update: view or edit most data in your account or by contacting us.
• Email preferences: unsubscribe from marketing messages; transactional emails will still be sent.
• Cookies: manage via your browser settings.
• Deletion/Portability: you may request deletion or a copy of your data where applicable law provides these rights.
